I am a Hot Springs native and met my wife Kaley at my roommate’s wedding festivities. We have been married for ten years and have two little boys, Benson and Drake. Benson is a spark of joy and Drake is full of energy.
My degree in Religion is from Liberty University and Kaley has a degree in Business Information Systems from Henderson State University. I felt called to youth ministry around the time that Kaley and I got married. We served in several churches around Arkansas before we moved back to Hot Springs in 2015. Since then, we have assisted in several local ministries and have worked on growing our cattle farm. My passion is to help youth grow closer to Christ and show Christ’s love throughout their daily lives. It is also very important to me to be involved in the schools in the community in which I serve. We are very excited to plant our roots in my hometown and grow the community’s youth.
Outside of youth ministry, we are very involved in the cattle industry. We have a cattle farm of Angus and Beefmaster Cattle. I also serve on several committees in the cattle industry and enjoy helping youth in the community learn how to show cattle in the local fair and other livestock shows. – TREY JOHNSON
