Ten LVCC ladies recently completed WOO2! WOOAH! The redemption story of Tucker Lodge creates the ideal setting for women to take an active look at their stories and trace God’s hand through innocence, tragedy, redemption and destiny!

Our God is so good! If you had asked me ten years ago when I first joined LVCC if I would ever “lead” a ministry, I would have laughed at you. Even though God uses unlikely people over and over in the Bible, I didn’t think He could use me. I have too much baggage, have done too many unholy things in my life, I didn’t grow up in the church, and I wasn’t equipped to lead. But, God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the called. Over the course of the years, He has led me to lead this ministry. (I use that term loosely. I am labeled the “leader”, but we are truly a TEAM of leaders). He is actually using my story….the good, the bad, and the ugly parts and revealing His story of redemption. He showed me that my story could be used by Him at this time for His purpose.

Guess what? He wants to do the same with your story. Every part of it! He can, and He will if you’ll let him. That is actually your kingdom purpose, or destiny…to allow Him to redeem your story in a way that has kingdom impact!

Find one of the women in this picture and ask them about their time at WOO2. Our prayer for WOO is that it will be a catalyst for women to explore their story and lead them to their Kingdom assignment, or destiny. We would love every woman at LVCC to experience WOO. If you haven’t already, go to the Info Booth today and sign up. We can’t wait for WOO3 in February! – JAMIE CARSON
