TEACHING PASTOR SEARCH UPDATES

May 12, 2024 - It's still very early on but I just wanted to pass along a note letting you know that I've been encouraged by the early interest. We're continuing to dig into assessing quality, but there are some initial candidates that appear to check major boxes.  Continuing to vet and continuing to pray.

May 06, 2024 - Now that we've officially gone live with the search, the next couple of weeks will be spent sourcing candidates that either apply through our many streams of media or through our personal inquiry of interest.

June 04, 2024 - We had an update from Vanderbloemen: We have had 1275 looks on our job posting, they are currently in conversations with 46 candidates, and there are 14 candidates that are on the top of their list. They will continue to work through all contacts they have and those who have not yet applied for the next few weeks. They are still targeting the middle of July to provide their recommended list. Vanderbloemen is very encouraged with the interest that is being shown for our posting.
